Your right to withdraw

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason and without penalty.

How to do it

Email hola@rahu.es with your order number stating that you wish to withdraw, before the deadline expires. You may use the form below, though you are not obliged to. We will acknowledge your request and give you the return address.

Getting your money back

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 calendar days of you telling us you are withdrawing. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or until you provide proof of return. Refunds are issued to the same payment method you used.

If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard option, we are not obliged to refund the difference.

Cost of returning the item

You bear the direct cost of returning the item, unless it arrived faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered — in that case we cover it in full.

Condition of the item

Return the product complete, with its accessories, in a condition that allows resale. You are liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the item.

Exceptions

There is no right of withdrawal for sealed goods unsuitable for return on health or hygiene grounds once unsealed, nor for goods made to your specifications.
